Privacy Notice

When you visit Orbit Dispatch, our web server automatically records standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. These server logs are retained for up to 30 days and are then permanently deleted. No additional profiling or behavioural tracking is performed using this data.

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we collect only the information you choose to provide, such as your name and email address, along with the content of your message. This correspondence is stored for up to 12 months after the matter is closed and is then permanently deleted. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.

Orbit Dispatch does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. The only item saved in your browser is your cookie consent choice, stored via localStorage. You can withdraw or update that choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the site footer, which reopens the consent banner.

Server log data is used exclusively for maintaining the security and correct operation of the website. Contact data is used only to handle your specific enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to personnel who need it to operate the site or respond to your enquiry. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access or loss. Upon request, your personal data will be permanently deleted without undue delay.

Orbit Dispatch is a reference directory: each game listing links to an external platform where that game is hosted and playable. Once you follow a link and leave this site, you are subject solely to the privacy policy and terms of that external platform. We have no control over how third-party platforms collect or process your data.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. You may also object to or request restriction of processing where applicable under relevant data protection law. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided in the administrator information block on this page.
